It's about my self-realization from my past professional career, which I realized over one decade.
After this journey, I gained many things, learned many lessons, found many opportunities, and also lost many things... I don't know whether I am lucky or unlucky, but it was really an interesting journey.
It was the time when I started working as a Policy Adviser (Agent) with Sahara India Parivar. It was my first job. The income was not good, but it was interesting to work in the public domain.
From that time until now, I have worked with almost five organizations and got connected with more than 450 people, directly or indirectly. I observed people—whether they were my bosses, co-workers, partners, or many other seniors and leaders. It's my habit to observe everyone.
I really don't want to explain about everyone, but I have to say that many of them became my bosses just because they belonged to financially strong families or had a lot of money. They never wanted to understand the ground-level reality.
Now, I am working with the well-known organization, Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society.
Some time ago, I met an amazing personality—the super young man, the Chairman of DPSG Society, Mr. Om Pathak. An amazing, beautiful, talented personality. For the first time, I realized that a man who has completed 70 years of age can carry the experience of 170 years, or maybe even more. Yet, he works with the energy and mindset of a 30-year-old. He has an incredibly strong and clear mind. He can think from every possible aspect of any field.
He is truly one of the most wonderful and legendary personalities I have ever met in my life. Thanks to my destiny for giving me the opportunity to connect with such a good person and helping me achieve this self-realization. :)
